Deposits for land arrangements A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required for this group tour. Upon making your reservation, final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure. Airfares are also instant purchase and usually non-refundable. The price is only guaranteed once Warren Tours receives the full balance. Due to constant exchange rate fluctuations the final balance is subject to change if not paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation-Motor coach Tours Notice of cancellation must be confirmed in writing or by fax to Warren Tours. Cancellations received:59 days or longer before departure. Forfeiture of deposit58 – 15 days before departure 25% per person14 - day of departure 100% per personWe reserve the right cancel all Escorted Tours. If we cancel a tour, we will offer a substitute. If the alternative is not acceptable, our liability is limited to the return of your payments. We cannot assume liability for any fees relating to the cancellation of air tickets or other services. Cancellation on Self-drive or chauffeur drive tours The operator reserves the right to deduct out of pocket expenses. The minimum charge will be loss of deposit and charges may run as high as 100% depending upon circumstances. Pre-reserved itineraries incur substantial costs when cancelled. Please check the appropriate charges for your tour when making the reservations.Notice of cancellation must be confirmed in writing to Warren Tours. Cancellations received 59 days prior to departure date will result in forfeiture of deposit. Cancellation received in writing within 59 days of departure date will be subjected to the following fees:60 days or longer No penalty59 days or less 100% per person Escorted Coach Tour Guides On departures of fewer than 19 persons, some tours may operate by minibus with a driver/guide.Airport Transfers on Escorted ToursWe provide complimentary transfers when you book specific flights designated for the escorted tour by Warren Tours. Transfers are provided for these flights only. Passengers booking other flights may avail themselves of these transfers by paying a supplement.
Luggage Porterage of one suitcase per person is included on motor coach tours. Baggage is at owner’s own risk throughout unless specifically insured. Small articles (coats, cameras, umbrellas, etc) are the responsibility of the passenger. Accommodations Land arrangements will be provided as described in each individual tour. Accommodations are subject to availability at time of deposit. The right is reserved to substitute hotels, guesthouses and sightseeing features listed herein for accommodations in similar categories as conditions require. Hotel categories are subjective and are the opinion of Warren Tours. Although early check in may be requested, rooms may not be ready for occupancy until 3.00pm on day of arrival. Meals Meals are provided per each tour’s itinerary. Breakfast is not included on day of arrival. Gratuities Tips for the driver are not included in Warren Tours cost for Escorted Coach Tours. Gratuities for hotel staff and other services are not included. Payment for baggage porterage and gratuity for restaurant service is included. Forms of payment We accept checks only for group tours. Membership Warren Tours reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant. Disabled participants We will be happy to accommodate your special needs. A qualified person should accompany persons requiring assistance. Refunds Unused hotel, farmhouse, town and country home accommodations or any other unused service or feature are not refundable nor exchangeable for other accommodations or features unless as a result of extra ordinary circumstances about which you must contact overseas representatives while traveling. All claims for refunds must be submitted in writing within 30 days of completion of the tour. Important note on prices All rates are shown in US dollars unless otherwise shown and do not include future government taxes, surcharges, service charges, or fuel. These rates are based on tariffs and tax rates in effect at the time of print and may be subject to change without notice due to currency exchange fluctuation, fuel or unforeseen increases. Each individual tour price includes charges for research, itinerary preparation, planning, and currency transfer, booking procedures. In each case, the quoted price and an itemization of individual component prices will not be rendered under any circumstances. In order to protect your price, we recommend that you pay in full and on time. Rates do not apply over Christmas, New Years, and Sporting events, Festivals, Bank Holidays. We suggest you check your calendar of events prior to your arrival. Smoking Is not permitted on motor coach tours, however, coaches stop approximately every 2 hours. Travel protection plan available at a low cost Please call for details Misprints/Errors In the event of misprints or errors, Warren Tours reserves the right to requote or offer full refund of any monies paid without further liabilities. Not included Airfare (except where shown) departure, customs, immigration and security taxes, passenger facility charges, taxes on gasoline, insurance and other related items, passport fees, visas where required, tips to your tour driver/guide, laundry, telephone calls, any other item of a personal nature, meals not specified on itineraries and items not on a table d’hote menu, any further tax increases, sightseeing in the quiet season and any other items not specifically mentioned. Responsibility Warren Tours is responsible to the tour member for supplying the services and accommodations offered as stated in the tour brochure describing the tour purchased by the tour, but, as to all services and accommodations furnished, the tour operator expressly disclaims all responsibility or liability over any matter whatsoever for loss, damage, injury or expense to property or person due to any cause whatsoever occurring during the tour or otherwise. All tickets, vouchers and orders are furnished and issued subject in all respects to the foregoing and to any and all terms and conditions under which the transportation and other services and accommodations provided thereby are offered and/or supplied. The operator and/or their agents can accept no responsibilities for losses and accidental expenses due to changes in schedules, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes. All such losses or expenses will be borne by passengers. The right is reserved to decline to accept or return any person as a member of any tour or to cancel or alter the tour. All air carriers and any other transportation companies whose services are featured in these tours, are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their conveyance. Airline Liability for passenger baggage is limited by their tariffs. The services of any I.A.T.A carrier may be used in conjunction with these tours. The statements herein and the contract between tour participants and the operator are made and entered into in Pennsylvania. Any Claim, which cannot be settled amicably, must be litigated in a state court for Pennsylvania and shall be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania State.
